Avant has been qualified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the state of Florida, and as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) by the US Department of Transportation.  It is a member of the US Green Building Council, the National Association of Home Builders, the National Association of Women in Construction, the American Institute of Architects(Miami Chapter),
